Our Philosophy

Food that
tells a story

We believe great food begins long before it reaches the plate. It starts at dawn, in the mist-covered fields of our partner farms, where every vegetable is grown with intention.

Our kitchen is simple: a wood-fired hearth, seasonal ingredients, and the conviction that honest cooking — no shortcuts, no pretense — is the highest form of hospitality.

We don't cook for critics or Instagram. We cook for the person across the table who needs a meal that makes them feel alive.

The Source

Rooted in the
Pacific Northwest

Every ingredient on our menu travels less than 200 miles. We visit our farm partners weekly — not to audit them, but to learn from them. The land here is extraordinary.

Come autumn, we're preserving, fermenting, and curing. Come spring, we're celebrating the first tender shoots. Our menu is a conversation with the season.
